What sessions look like

You leave each session with something practical you can use. I combine evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (clear goals, skills, and experiments) with EMDR (gentle, paced processing of difficult memories) and supportive strategies drawn from mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy online so we can pace work safely and effectively. Together, we set clear goals, practice weekly skills and tools, review progress regularly, and adapt as your needs change.

• EMDR when trauma or stuck memories show up

• Regular reviews and a plan to maintain progress

Qualifications and training

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD)

  • Master in Child & Adolescent Mental Health (MSc)

  • Bachelor in Psychology (BSc)

  • Postgraduate Diploma in CBT (PgDip) 

  • Level 3 EMDR Therapist
