What sessions look like
You leave each session with something practical you can use. I combine evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (clear goals, skills, and experiments) with EMDR (gentle, paced processing of difficult memories) and supportive strategies drawn from mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy online so we can pace work safely and effectively. Together, we set clear goals, practice weekly skills and tools, review progress regularly, and adapt as your needs change.

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD)
Master in Child & Adolescent Mental Health (MSc)

Level 3 EMDR Therapist
